LEVEL II WW-Block thermomask is light and warm mask for cold weather. It is not blown and does not soak, which is especially important when using it in low temperatures. This mask can be easily recommended for field use, not only for military but also for civilian use, both for lovers of winter recreation as well as for driving on snowmobiles, ATVs, motocross bikes. The front lower part can be lowered to any position that allows you to perfectly adjust the mask under the goggles and completely isolate the person from the wind, cold and moisture.
WW-BLOCK is one of the few membrane materials specially designed for use in the field of military applications at extremely low temperatures.
Usually we use many layers for insulation in winter field conditions which in itself bind our movement abilities. Unlike most of the materials used for the upper layers of winter clothing "WW-BLOCK" is elastic (15% stretch without loss of material properties with a return to the initial state) which reduces the load on the person in action and does not hinder movements.
The structure of the membrane grid of "WW-BLOCK" is set to the lowest possible temperature so that 80% of body heat is kept inside the garment and only 20% (excess heat during active operations at low temperatures) is out through the membrane grid. The membrane fabric "WW-BLOCK" use a thick polyester-structured pile (inside and outside of the membrane) instead of polyurethane coating, which protects the membrane from exposure to low temperatures, abrasion (both inside and outside) and creates additional insulated air space inside the garment.
