Ensures adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutions. Supports existing systems
and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project. Responsible for assigning resources and delegating tasks to meet project

The position calls for
• Prior development experience in JAVA, Ruby, XML
• Understanding of SOA architecture
* In-depth understanding of JVM technologies including JBOSS, WebSphere, certificate management
* Understanding of Firewall, Load Balancer, network
• Basic knowledge in database, Unix, and Highly competent in shell and Python scripting or any of their equivalents
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and systems architecture
• Ability to Lead troubleshooting calls and drive to root cause resolution; makes recommendations for long-term resolution of problems
across the enterprise.
• Ability to Measure and optimize application performance. Configure, tune and troubleshoot systems to achieve optimal application
performance and stability
• Collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams in disparate locations
• Lead complex automation and dashboard initiatives across the technology teams
• Design and implement proactive monitoring to ensure health, performance and security of our production and non-production
infrastructure
• Work with development team to profile and optimize performance
• Put together Implementation plans
• Maintain configuration documentation
