Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your responsibilities would be the following:

Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from Service Desk
Take ownership and co-ordinate between Business, Back office and Development teams
Analyzing the requirements collected from the stakeholders
Helping business with shaping of their demand with IT language
To plan, manage, direct, monitor and control the delivery of the related projects and services
Dividing the business requirements between support and development types with consequent solving of support tickets
Troubleshooting technical issues, issue tickets, assign priority, and escalate problems when necessary
Create and maintain documentation
Participation on projects, development life cycle
User training
