radiation in the wavelength range of 186-360 nm in various spectral devices and
spectrophonometric devices for industrial and technical purposes: spectrophotometers SF-46,
SF-56 and SF-256, monochromators , special illuminators and devices for checking the listed equipment.

The source of radiation from the DDS 30 lamp is an arc discharge
of a mixture of deuterium with neon, pumped into a narrow gap.
