• Establish, develop and maintain an effective activity for client support
• Evaluate and conduct daily servicing quality controls for personal assistants
• Ensure that all reasonable client requests in the lifestyle and travel related services are handled and executed in the outmost professional manner by the personal assistants
• Keep relations with select few clients and closely supervise their new personal assistants quality service
• Coordinate/supervise personal assistants recruitment and perform necessary trainings of the new staff
• Develop procedures for emergency cases/situations and control their execution
• Communicate with clients for resolving of difficult cases and customers complaints, ensure keeping of clients loyalty on a high level
